Bloodshot Records has announced that Los Angeles based musician Jason Hawk Harris has joined the labels artist roster. Hawk Harris, a Houston, Texas raised singer and guitarist, was formerly a member of the indie group The Show Ponies and describes his music as “meta-apocalyptic country/Americana grief-grass.”

A release date for the full-length album follow-up to Hawk Harris’ first solo effort, the five-song EP Formaldehyde, Tabacoo and Tulips will be announced soon.
