In preparation for the release of the label’s 3-part ten-year anniversary compilation album, Mom + Pop have unveiled the newest cover track “Ghosting” from Lucius. The track is included on the Covers portion of the 3-part anniversary release, expected to be released on November 23rd of this year.

As per the original compilation announcement: “It wouldn’t be a proper celebration of 10 years of independent music without a special album release. We have enlisted dozens of artists from the Mom + Pop family past and present to contribute to our most comprehensive release to date. The three-disc release will include will include rarities, covers and greatest hits.
We’ve also created a commemorative, coffee table book, that speaks to the breadth of our history and the accomplishments of our roster over the past 10 years.”

Regarding the new track by Lucius: “This time, we have a new track from Lucius called “Ghosting” that is apart of the Covers portion of the 3-Part 10 Years of Mom + Pop Compilation album. For us at Mom + Pop its really special when a legacy artist and a current artist choose to cover each other. With the release of the ‘Covers’ compilation on November 23rd, you will also hear Freelance Whales cover a Lucius’ track “Don’t Just Sit There.”
